(01)Care that starts with listening

Every consultation begins with listening: to your history, your daily movement limits and what matters most to you. Then we examine, explain the root cause and map out realistic milestones. Because rehabilitation isn't only relief in a clinic. It's the confidence to pick up your child, return to your sport, or work without fear.

    • Goniometry
    • Neural tests
    • Posture
  3. Step 03

    Evidence-informed plan

Hands-on joint mobilisation, dry needling, therapeutic modalities and progressive neuromuscular retraining, matched to your condition.

    • Manual therapy
    • Dry needling
    • Modalities
  4. Step 04

    Adapt & progress

(12)Questions

Before your first visit.

01/06
Ask on WhatsApp
01What happens at my first consultation?

Your first session is a 30–45 minute evaluation. Dr. Bhatt takes your history, examines joint range, muscle strength and neural mobility, and reviews any MRI or X-ray you bring. You leave with a clear explanation of the cause and a treatment roadmap.

02How do home physiotherapy visits work?

For patients who can't travel, for example with acute back spasm, after knee or hip surgery, or with paralysis, we visit across Dehradun and bring portable electrotherapy, ultrasound and rehabilitation equipment. Call +91 95489 83926 to check slots.

03How soon after joint surgery should physiotherapy start?

After a knee or hip replacement, gentle bedside mobilisation and circulation exercises usually begin within 24–48 hours, following your surgeon's protocol. Starting on time helps prevent stiffness and scar-tissue adhesions.

04Do you offer Hijama and dry needling?

Yes. Dr. Bhatt is trained in cupping/Hijama and dry needling. All procedures use single-use, sterile disposable needles and cups, following hospital infection-control standards.

05Will Dr. Bhatt personally oversee my treatment?

Yes. Dr. Girish Bhatt (PT) conducts the initial evaluation, designs your recovery plan and directs every progression.

06What are the timings, and how do I book?

Both centres are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM. Sunday is by prior appointment. Book with the form below, call +91 95489 83926, or message us on WhatsApp.
